Arbor popped round to look at a fault with our outside lights even though it was nearly 7.00pm! It didn't take him long to trace the fault even though we have three different fuse boxes for different parts of the house, two different types of cabling, a separate emergency generator and solar energy! Rather than arranging another appointment, he stayed on to reinstate the lighting and suggested a few modest upgrades to futureproof the system. Will definitely call him back as his fee was fare and as others have said, he really cares.
